CARDAMOM OIL

The name cardamom is used for herbs within two genera of the ginger family Zingiberaceae, namely Elettaria and Amomum. Whole Cardamom is collected directly from the farmers and the seeds are distilled to produce essential oil.

Uses

Cardamom seed oil is used as a flavouring agent in both food and drink, as cooking spices and as a medicine also due to its herbal properties.
